Lilli is an accomplished director, choreographer, and musical theater acting coach. She emphasizes building character, lyrical understanding, and “telling a story through song.”

Lilli works with actors, singers, and dancers to develop creative nuance, subtext, and organic physical expression. Her productions at Fayetteville-Manlius High School (Newsies, Cinderella, Les Miserables, and The New World; an original Broadway review conceived as a journey through the first year of the pandemic, for which she wrote an original libretto incorporating student poetry and multimedia artwork) have been awarded numerous Syracuse High School Theater (SHSTA) Awards including Best Overall Production, Best Performance by a Leading Actor, and Best Acting Performance by an Ensemble.
